At this point I think I would like to see everything burn. Im going to try to destroy the ork guns so the hulk DOES collide with the planet. Anyone with me?

Claiming to destroy or take a massive landmark in a single battle report will always be met with a significant decrease in the impact of the report. It's not that the Imperium is incapable of great deeds, merely that you have to do things in steps.
The Inquisitorial Storm Troopers have just stumbled across a player-generated Chaos plot that's been in the works for weeks, and they have fallen ill. That doesn't mean the afflicted can't sell their lives dearly in the final days.
The Grey Knights, in their armor which would allow them to operate in vacuum, likely have nothing to fear, and how many of your own forces you decide suffer from (or are killed by) this plague is your option.
Thus far, one guardsman has died and "many" might be sick. It's up to you to decide how to react to this.
Meanwhile, the Astartes who stormed the tunnels can't just run instantly through the same ship the Eldar and DE took weeks to get into. Think of something other than melta-weaponry and personal firearms to use on the outer hull of a space ship, and you can blast your way in.
You need to have a realistic expectation of the result, however. If any faction can wipe out all of another in a single report, that would be a pretty boring campaign, and practically all Eldar and Dark Eldar are in that ship from their narratives.
How are you going to deny the Eldar/DE the ship without writing off the entire opposed faction? It's possible, and there's no assurance that the Eldar will succeed or the Necron plan will cause sufficient damage to the planet for the desired genocidal results.
If you work out a good story on how to pull the bacon out of the fire, so to speak, the Imperium has enough manpower to pull of an impressive combined operation - but you really need to do work together at this late stage if you want to change the course of events that other races have been building up for weeks on end.
Ask questions, mull it over, and keep your battles from the week until you've got a plan. Decide how to turn the story into what you want instead of accepting it "as-is." Work together and you'll probably accomplish one "big thing" at the end of the campaign.
Officially, the Imperium has decided to let the planet and the hulk collide. Unofficially... Inquisitors and Space Marines tend to do their own thing - with or without the civvies.
So the question becomes: What is the biggest reasonable goal you'd like to acomplish with a week's worth of effort before this all ends?

I propose this. We create a temporary alliance with necrons to help them ram the hulk into the planet with as much force as possible. We get what we want. Everything their is unusable and we finish any heretics or such. We'd still have to attack the guns.
Any other ideas?

I am not sure that helping the Necrons ram the Hulk into the planet is a good idea. Who's to say that with the impact that a Necron ship does not get free? We all have been playing are parts. The question is how do we finish playing are parts. The Grey Knights are still on the Hulk. Their Storm Troopers are getting sick. They could launch attacks on the Necrons or find out the cause of the sickness. Lets go with ramming he planet. If said plague was started on the Hulk and it grows having the Hulk and the planet destroy each other could loose the plague on other near by systems.
We could win the hearts and minds of the other Necrons and help them destroy the C'tan Necrons. There are things to do. We only have a week.

A little impromptu Exterminatus attempt isn't out of hand - all you have to do is help along the doomsday plan of the Necrons. How well this will work.. even I can't be sure until the numbers are tallied. You both seem inclined towards ramming the planet, it's not out of hand, and it does seem to fit. Atlantianwarrior: Most plagues would burn up on (exposed) entry of a planet's atmosphere - I wouldn't worry too much about the crashing Hulk becoming a vector for disease. You do have an interesting situation, though: infected ISTs who fight a race other than Chaos may spread the plague-love.

Commissar Volker here, attached to Major Vandare of the Neimegan 2nd Light Infantry. I'm sure the Major will be willing and able to take our men and women into whatever theater of conflict we are most needed in.
