Snow??? I think I remember what that is. Last time it snowed where I live was something like 1993.

The floods of '93 left us without running water for a chunk of the summer. I can't remember if there was snow that winter.
The older I get, the more I dislike significant snowfall. I want it to freeze and kill all the bugs. I want a bit of white to cover all the dead stuff for appearances' sake. I want the roads, sidewalks, and driveways easy to clear, though.

All hail the Midwest!

Perhaps we should try and schedule a regional rumble in the first week of April? That way we can tie it into the campaign.

I'm in a little town named Jesup outside of Waterloo/Cedarfalls, and I happen to like my 44' board, it gave us a chance to use Gav Thorpes 'Forced March' rules he put out in Chapter Approved

Yea I remember those rules, only time I used 'em was when we rented a basketball court at a Community Centre and played on the ground there.
That board must be insane though... a basilisk, with it's mighty 10' range... haha would STILL have problems getting in range.

Apocalypse might just rock the house. I can't imagine it being played on a standard battlefield though. We're talking some epic warfare.

What about super heavies or titans? Although I am not a Midwesterner I think it would be fun for you guys.

I ummm used to spend WAY too much time and money on WH40K so i have a Warhound Titan and a Baneblade super heavy battle tank, along with all my standard stuff. I have 3 armies that all are 5k points or more, and when we play all super heavies and Titans are allowed.
