The Dacian Heresy continues...
Naturally, I'd like everyone to have fun with it But for the sake of the narrative, please roll by the following guidelines:
1. Don't wipe out the cult completely.
2. I'd like to leave Andriel Ronmocharte's fate ambiguous for now.
3. There's no solid evidence *yet* of a military build up for the cult, but its influence can be felt all over the place. They're an insidious disease and their ways are secretive and manipulative. This does not imply that a military force representing the cult isn't out there, given the number of traitor guard that have been put down...
4. There does not seem to be an alien element behind the heresy at this time, so it wont be a secret plot by the Eldar, Tau, Necron, whatev. This seems entirely human in origin and operation.
I approve of creative freedom within these guidelines for the thing. Surprise me. However, given a list of donts, let me throw out some ideas on how to help the story along.
1. Locating and destroying a supply line for the heresy books
2. Investigation into the local nobility and what it yields
3. Actions of the citizenry in regard to imperial forces and/or the presence of the inquisition.
4. Defensive/Offensive operations against traitor imperial units or chaos forces.
Those last four are just ideas. Dont take them as cut in stone instructions. That's a good roadmap of how I'd like to see the narrative develop, though. Perfect for games of Inquisitor or some clever 40K scenarios.
PS - if you could, let me know where you post updates or participation to the narrative. I'd love to see what you're up to.
