The narrative portion of all Dark Eldar battle reports should be posted here until next week's thread is set up.
Remember that this is a narrative campaign and we are looking for a story that advances the plot, not a blow-by-blow accounting of the game.

Malkyrus’ hand traced across the fire-damage to his jetbike as he looked at the destruction his toys had wrought.
It was indeed a strange day when the Krork-spawn arrived without their energy gauntlets, but they had indeed done so. Their leader had made a foolish mistake, counting on numbers to defeat his great armies. No Krork-spawn had the innate strength to harm a Talos, and he had almost felt a twinge of pity as the hordes of green creatures slowly fell around the Coven’s war-robots.
Almost.
They had come to set more of their homing beacons, pushing towards the caves while setting a trail of crude devices. Malkyrus did not intend to watch the crystal ship be bombarded from the planet, though, and he gathered an army of his disciples to do battle with the primitives.
Four of the other Haemonculi had arrived, their Grotesques and Talos adding to his own for a massive force that was joined by a small core of Warriors and even a band of Wyches riding their jetbikes.
As the others had been injured or slain, Orphiqlys had taken over – shepherding the remaining Grotesques and shouting orders to the Talos as he secured the position. With the annihilation of nearly every Ork on foot, the two remaining trucks had fled, abandoning the last of the mobs to their battle against the “unkillable” Talos, but time was of the essence.
Both sides were well aware that the Krork-spawn had been exercising the risky practice of going into battle with active beacons and no way to call off the incoming artillery. Soon, the foothills would be alive with fire and explosions, and they needed to adjust the situation to suit them.
Grabbing the beacon nearest him, Malkyrus threw the crude device onto the last mobile Raider. “You know where this is needed. Hurry, lest you become the target as well.”
Malkyrus watched the Raider speed off as he ordered the withdrawal. The Orks were beginning to do the same - the bombardment would begin soon. If they were so intent on destroying this hulk, let them do so in a manner that would benefit Eldar-kind...

Things had gone poorly for the forces sent to clear the caves.
While the Wyches and Warrior had taken a serious bite out of those Astartes who had remained in the tunnels surrounding the crystal ship, the returning units had been in no condition to fight.
Malkyrus regretted that it would be a few days before the normal raids began anew, but he knew that Seerbane’s forces would need to be in fair condition in case the craftworlders proved to be dishonorable. The Dark Court saw the value in having another port of call should they need it, and losing it to a betrayal now would be a harsh blow. Thankfully, with the appearance of a few Harlequins within the ship, treachery seemed unlikely on both sides.
It was of little concern.
The enemy had been kept from entering the ship, and they would be leaving soon. Most would return to the Dark Court’s fleet within the Webway, but a significant force would remain aboard the crystal ship to help keep things peaceful between the Poisoned Eye and the craftworlders as they settled into their mobile outpost.
“Those who are in the mediation teams, report to the ship’s core. Everybody else, return to the fleet. We wouldn’t want anybody left out for what’s coming…”
