Farseer Vialia didn't trust Huthero's judgement on this matter. Yes he was gone and his sacrfice ensured that the Hulk would probably not destroy the planet, but giving the Orks plasma weapons seemed downright stupid. The Beast would eventually realize that the Plasma Charges could be used on things besides the Hulk and that would be a dark day for all the races. However, Huthero's dying wish was that the Hulk be stopped and if that meant letting the Orks have their bombs, then perhaps this was the only way. Vialia just wished that Huthero had consulted the council before handing such powerful weapons to the ignorant fools. Vialia only hoped the other Craftworlds and the foolish and childish Imperium didn't realize how they came to have such weapons. That would cause uncounted problems, expecially with their "allies" of the Mon-Keigh Space marines. Problems Vialia didn't need right now.

OOC: Sorry E.C. I am going to have to disagree on this one. It's nice to include other people's characters in a Batrep now and then to establish some unity in the story, but this is too far out of character for her. No way would Vialia go this far. She is a new Farseer, but is not as rebellious as you seem to think, nor is she as callous as she has been portrayed previously. The human alliance was a matter of chance and convienience. If you want to go ahead and give the Orks advanced weaponry, go ahead, but do not lay it on one of my people, please.

Official Business:
Indeed, this has gone too far.
Use of players' characters must be done very carefully to avoid going out of character, and this is obviously not the case, nor was it condoned by the other members of the staff.
Apparently Eldarcommander has forgotten that he does not control the Eldar faction merely because he is their staff member.
Disregard the above story.

So does that mean all the stories with the Orks and their bombs should be disregarded? I think that if we throw aside EC's stories, the fact that Orks have the bombs should be accounted to looting, like we discussed Incubi.

As noted, the Orks have acquired some Eldar bombs. How they got them remains unknown because Eldar are as inclined to hand out their tech as they are to breed with genestealers.
Looting seems the likely explanation.

If you really need an explanation, I lost all but 1 squad in my game vs the orks. Loot Away.
Edit: And they were there to blow up the gunz -- so they would have had plenty of Eldar demo materiel.
